Packing the necessary medical and hygiene items to support displaced and injured families.
Your gift of time today will impact children, families, and communities who have lost everything due to natural disasters, conflict, or disease, individuals who need medical and hygiene supplies, and your encouragement, thoughts, and a virtual hug.
Today, you’ll be putting together Disaster Relief packs. The supplies you’re providing are difficult to procure in the areas these packs are going to, especially during times of natural disaster. Each pack will have the necessary supplies to help a family or an individual. People are always so excited and moved that someone across the globe has thought about them and given them a pack of much-needed supplies.
We work to keep things as simple as possible. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your event coordinator or reach out to “Kai” (WeHero Super Dog) in the lower-right corner of this page.

One of the most important touches to the packs. Use the metallic marker to write them a short letter on the plastic gallon zip lock bag. Send love and support from wherever you are. It’s very impactful to know that someone is thinking of you.
Take a photo of yourself with your completed packs and share the experience with your friends and family. This is an opportunity to spread awareness and share the act of kindness. Be sure to tag WeHero when you post on social media!
Have 32 seconds? We always want to make these experiences better and would love your feedback.

Learn MoreWe build our volunteer events to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Whether it is offsetting the carbon emissions of the shipping process, using recycled cardboard for the boxes, or relying on algae based dyes, we’ve made conscious steps to ensure we’re doing right for our world.
We have partnered with Cool Effect on The Mare Chicose landfill project in Mauritius to reduce methane emissions, generate electricity, create jobs, and promote sustainable development. Investing in the project helps reduce our carbon footprint and support global climate change mitigation.
